Case study · Fashion & sneakers · UAE
One product card, everywhere, with the right size
EBITAF sells authentic sneakers in the UAE. I built one product-card system used across the whole store, a mega menu, and a quick-add size picker so customers choose a size instead of getting the first one by default.
The challenge
Where the store was stuck.
- 01
Product cards looked different on the homepage, collections, search and cart.
- 02
Quick add silently added the first available size, so wrong sizes could ship.
- 03
Rows of cards didn't line up when some products had reviews or swatches and others didn't.
What I built
The work, piece by piece.
- 01
One card definition
A single product card reused on every page, including recommendations, so the store looks consistent.
- 02
Quick-add size picker
A size panel with sold-out sizes disabled, so the customer always picks the size.
- 03
Aligned rows
Reserved space for optional rows like reviews, so every card lines up and the button sits at the bottom.
- 04
Mega menu & search tiles
Matching card styling inside the mega menu and predictive search.
Outcome
Where it landed.
- Consistent product cards across the whole store.
- No more accidental default-size orders from quick add.
